Lightens dark hair on face, arms, body and brow. The simplest and safest way for woman to not only lighten their excess dark hair but also give fairness to the skin and complexion. Nourishes and moisturizes your skin to give you that smooth and silky feeling.
Directions
Wash area to be bleached with soap and cold water and pat dry.
With a spatula, measure about ¼ tea-spoon powder and place on tray.
Clean spatula.
Measure about ½ teaspoon crème and mix well.
Apply mixture with spatula covering hair completely.
Leave for 10 minutes and then rinse.
